Cats: The Hunters That Once Were
Have you ever wonder why cats are freely walking outside when they are capable of being a predator?
Based on my research, back 12,000 years ago, cats are already domesticated. There are two types of cats, domesticated and the wild one. All domestic cats, the authors declared, descended from a Middle Eastern wildcat, Felis sylvestris, which literally means “cat of the woods.” so way way back, the cats are already a companion of humans.
Cats only became useful to people when we began to settle down, till the earth and—crucially—store surplus crops. With grain stores came mice, and when the first wild cats wandered into town, the stage was set for what the Science study authors call “one of the more successful ‘biological experiments’ ever undertaken.” The cats were delighted by the abundance of prey in the storehouses; people were delighted by the pest control.
This proves that they are really once a hunter before where they hunt their prey. When their instincts kicks in, they will not stop until they get it. That’s why we see so many cats everywhere; outside on the streets, houses where they are being kept as a pet, schools , public areas etc. As long as someone will give them food and water for survival, they will stay on that particular place.

This is lexy, I just randomly named her because she is always outside our door waiting for food. She is very loyal and kind. She is a street cat as you can see.

This is Blacky. He has a pair of attractive eyes that demands attention. He is very shy and usually don’t approach a person. He lives inside our University.

This is Milk, he is very small and cute because he is a new born cat. He didn’t stayed long eventually he died because he still cannot survive without a mother.

This is sophie, my very first cat to own. She is one year old already. Before toby came, she is very sweet and loves to cuddle but now there is a second cat in the house, she rarely let me hug her. She is very fierce and brave, don’t let the looks deceive you or she may bite your hands, I mean fingers.
These cats don’t seem to be harmful instead they are harmless as long as you don’t give them a reason to bite you. They are hostile between each other and doesn’t often like to share their territory. They can be a Hunter but they can also be our Pet.
